Living Life By Design

Recently, I was in Cabo San Lucas with some of my mastermind students. Our accommodation sat on a hill overlooking the town. During the day the colors of the buildings, sky, and mountains painted a beautiful picture that was perfect for working from the balcony. Even inside, the sun would shine through the windows illuminating the multi-colored tiles used in the house, adding a little sparkle to an already elegant place. At night, in the distance, the noises of nightlife could be heard with people laughing and music being played. The light of the moon could be seen the skylights, in the house creating the most magical evening scene. The environment gave everyone a much-needed break from the ordinary.

I have traveled to over 44 countries. I have met some of the most amazing people, and seen of the world’s most extraordinary sights. The truth is that without the work of creating a business that I could run from anywhere, I wouldn’t have had these opportunities. It’s hard work being an entrepreneur, and some days it feels like the world is crashing down. The world is, in fact, waiting for you to come and experience it! I am grateful that I have been able to travel, and hope that my future holds much more travel and adventure. At the end of the day, I want to live my life by design and experience all the amazing things the world has to offer.

Being an entrepreneur had given me that privilege. The price for having these opportunities is working really hard and accepting that some days will test my faith in myself. When those days come, I remember to faith in the battle, and ultimate trust in the universe. It’s never about the struggle, but the lessons learned in failure or success. Both my failure and my success have contributed to my ability to the life I really want.
